Terms of Service — Datum

This page is the customer agreement governing use of the Datum platform. It sets out who may use the service, what a customer organization is responsible for, how customer data is owned and processed, the limits on acceptable use, and the terms covering fees, warranties, liability, and termination.

Datum processes personal information in customer data as the customer’s service provider, does not sell customer data, does not use it for advertising, does not combine it across customers, and does not permit AI providers to train models on it.
