Data Deletion Request — Datum

This page explains how to delete data that Datum CI, LLC holds about you or your organization, including data obtained from social media accounts connected to the Datum platform. There are two routes. A signed-in user can disconnect a single connected account inside Datum, which deletes the stored access tokens and account details for it immediately and asks the platform to revoke access on its side as well.

Anyone can also send a deletion request by email to brett@datumci.com, which covers data that a disconnect does not remove. The page sets out what each route deletes, what is retained and why, and how long the process takes. The full instructions are on this page and require JavaScript to render.
