This page names every third-party service provider that processes customer or visitor data on Datum’s behalf, what each one does, what categories of data reach it, and where it operates. The list covers cloud hosting and identity, document storage and mail access, large-language-model processing for AI-assisted features, and weather data for site-conditions features.

A second list covers optional providers that become active only when a customer organization connects them, such as construction-operations and business-operating-system integrations. Adding any provider that touches customer or visitor data requires updating this page with advance notice to customers.
